These Terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

SniptCart provides an e-commerce API as a Service platform that enables you to integrate e-commerce functionality into your applications. Our services include:

  • RESTful API for e-commerce operations
  • JavaScript SDK for client-side integration
  • Payment processing capabilities
  • Order management and tracking
  • Customer data management
  • Webhook notifications

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service to process fraudulent transactions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the service according to the pricing plan you select. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SniptCart and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit through the service. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with applicable data protection laws
  • Obtaining necessary consents from your customers
  • Maintaining appropriate privacy policies
  • Securing customer data in your systems

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Experience unscheduled downtime due to technical issues
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Enterprise plans include uptime SLAs as specified in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNIPTCART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SniptCart and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
