About the Role
As a Developer Relations Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our product and the developer community.
You'll create technical content, engage with developers on various platforms, gather feedback, and help shape the future of our platform. This role combines technical expertise with community building.
Your Impact
- Content Creation: Write tutorials, blog posts, and documentation
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with developers
- Product Feedback: Help shape our roadmap
- Developer Advocacy: Be the voice of developers internally
Responsibilities
- Create technical content (blog posts, tutorials, videos)
- Engage with developers on Twitter, Discord, and forums
- Gather and synthesize developer feedback
- Speak at conferences and meetups
- Improve documentation based on user feedback
- Build sample applications and integrations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Monitor and respond to community discussions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience creating technical content (blog posts, tutorials, videos)
- Active presence in developer communities
- Experience with e-commerce or API platforms
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
- Comfortable speaking at conferences and meetups
- Experience with social media and community platforms
