About the Role
Join our Customer Success team to help our customers get the most value from SniptCart.
You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure they're successful with our platform. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others and has a technical background.
Your Mission
- Customer Onboarding: Help new customers succeed
- Technical Support: Solve complex integration challenges
- Relationship Building: Build long-term partnerships
- Product Feedback: Share customer insights with the team
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful integration
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and share with product team
- Create documentation and resources for customers
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Track and report on customer health metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or technical support
- Strong technical background (experience with APIs or web development)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Patience and empathy when working with customers
